Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and conversation. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store. Effectively promote and sell products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms). Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Follow best practices for in-store omni services and in-store tech services/tools. Support with opening and closing of the store and follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements. Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and what we create in-store. Motivated by giving customers a great experience. Communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action-oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment is beneficial.
