Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Generate New Business: Proactively reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Consistent monthly outreach, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Manage and grow a qualified pipeline from initial contact through to close, including timely follow-up and proper qualification of prospects.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct virtual product demos and presentations based on customer requirements.
Sales Campaigns & Collaboration: Execute specialized sales campaigns, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and support company growth initiatives.
Account Management: Present customers with new products and services to grow relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
Reporting & CRM: Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software (A+, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, etc.) for accurate reporting and follow-up.
Quoting & Proposals: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Teamwork: Partner with customer service and outside sales teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and a consistent customer experience.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and competitor offers to effectively position solutions.
Ideal Candidate
At least 3 years of inside sales, call center, or management experience in a B2B environment.
Proven experience in business development or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to market and sell products by phone and in person.
Experience and willingness to perform a high volume of outbound calls.
Valid Driver’s License, safe driving history, and reliable transportation for field appointments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and lead management applications.
Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and propose solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Goal‑oriented with a passion for delivering results; a hunter mentality for securing new business.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
