We are in search of a Sales Support Specialist who plays a key role in assisting the sales team to achieve revenue goals by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This role ensures smooth communication between sales, operations, and clients, helping to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Generate reports on sales metrics and performance.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
Assist in managing sales pipelines and tracking leads.
Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for sales representatives.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Help manage documentation for compliance and audits.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and work overtime as needed.
Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $21.00‑$24.00 per hour.
