Sales & Operations Analyst

FS Depot . This role is based at our University Park, Illinois facility and supports analysis and reporting related to sales and operations. The analyst will assist the Management team with data analysis and reporting to inform data-based strategies and decisions, and maintain FS Depot’s pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and market alignment. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust suite of reports/analytics to uncover key insights for management to drive strategies and key decisions. Develop and maintain core reporting dashboards in Power BI. Assist in the monthly forecasting process to support predictable revenue growth for the sales team. Maintain the pricing matrix within the ERP system and set up pricing for newly created parts. Maintain parts pricing strategy to support sales efforts and review pricing regularly for competitiveness within applicable markets. Analyze, prepare and implement yearly price increases and adjustments via the quarterly price file. Provide detailed monthly parts margin analysis and monthly analyses/reports to support decision making and management reporting. Manage remote data cleanliness and enrichment team and ongoing data initiatives. Monitor and audit data quality with regular validation checks, data appends, and other data tasks as needed. Assist with territory planning and analysis and provide ad-hoc reports and visualizations as needed. Provide analytical support to adjacent business units as required. Other duties as assigned. Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field required. Minimum of one to three years’ experience as a Sales Analyst or related relevant experience. Experience in heavy equipment/durable goods, parts and service is desired. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to solve complex problems; exceptional analytical skill set. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and BI tools. Ability to assess market issues/opportunities and contribute to strategy development and action plans. Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with high accuracy and follow-through. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities. Anticipated Annual Salary
