Overview Quality Craftsmen
is a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeler in the United States. We offer a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners and consumers with accessibility needs. We stand behind our products as a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions and have developed an unrivaled reputation for quality and workmanship. We have extended that level of quality into all of our products.
We are looking for a full-time outside sales professional who will focus on selling after our pre-qualification process has prepared leads for you. You will not be responsible for generating your own leads; about 80% of the legwork is done before your first interaction with prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during meetings
Design new bath using our proprietary iPad software
Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
Ability to work independently
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Salary and Benefits
$100,000 first-year compensation is typical for fully committed team members
