to recruit a
Sales Manager – Utah-Based,
responsible for driving regional sales growth and managing key customer relationships across the Western U.S. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a deep understanding of ingredient distribution and the health & wellness market, particularly in dietary supplements, functional food, and beverage sectors. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nutrition, Food Science, or related field. 5+ years of B2B sales experience within nutraceuticals, ingredients, or health & wellness industries. Proven track record of territory development and account management, ideally across the Mountain West or Western U.S. Strong customer network in supplement, functional food, or beverage manufacturing. Based in Utah, with ability to travel for customer visits and industry events. Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Serve as the key point of contact for clients, offering technical insights and tailored ingredient solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, technical, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfaction. Track market trends and customer needs to support strategic sales initiatives. Represent the company at relevant regional trade shows, expos, and client meetings.
