West Coast Sales Manager — California-Based, focused on driving regional growth and building strategic partnerships with key accounts across the Western United States. As West Coast Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of ingredient sales to dietary supplement, functional food, and wellness brands, with a strong emphasis on innovation, quality, and long-term client relationships. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in sales or business development within nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements, or related health & wellness industries. Proven track record in territory management and new business development across the Western U.S., ideally including California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada. Solid understanding of ingredient applications, customer formulation needs, and industry regulations. Strong existing network with brand owners, manufacturers, and formulators in the region. Based in California with the ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the West Coast territory. Manage existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and regulatory) to deliver tailored ingredient solutions. Build long-term relationships with R&D, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders at client organizations. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
