Manages account portfolio and prepares and implements sales plans. Leads and coordinates customer relationships working to understand customer needs, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Identify and develop new demand via new customer acquisition and increased share of wallet at existing accounts. Input information in CRM and SmartPrice providing the required documentation aligned to the Dow sales processes. Manage Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans delivering business goals of volume and value. Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan. Lead and conduct negotiations and implement price changes and strategies. Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results. Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant. 3+ years of relevant experience (Technical/Operations Engineering/Sales/Commercial related positions etc.). Fluent in English. A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. Preferred Qualifications
