Account Coordinator, Blood and Dialysis – HemaSource, Inc
Join a mission‑driven team transforming the healthcare supply chain for blood and dialysis clinics across the country. This role supports client accounts in the plasma, blood, IV therapy, and dialysis markets, ensuring a smooth, reliable customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing professional, timely support.
Conduct basic and advanced user training on our online ordering system.
Develop training materials, FAQs, and documentation to support inventory entry and ordering.
Onboard new customers, including ERP setup, license gathering, pricing setup, and stage orders.
Create and manage customized catalogs, item classes, and pricing quotes.
Monitor and track shipments, including backorders, and provide updates to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Product Lifecycle, and Quality teams for client communications and product changes.
Document key interactions, escalations, and opportunities in the CRM.
Assist with administrative sales support and cross‑functional initiatives such as trade shows or customer outreach.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP/WMS experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and travel up to 20 % as needed.
