Position Overview
Inside Sales is responsible for all aspects of interacting with customers to develop and maintain relationships. The Inside Sales Representative ensures the day‑to‑day administration of production selection, provides quotes and pricing efficiently, resolves requests, manages routine system configuration, responds to business questions, and performs root cause analysis of any issues.
Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities
Assist customers in product selection, quotes, and pricing. Create deals and update leads in the HubSpot CRM System. Dedicate 60% of time to outbound sales calls to customers, leads, and prospects. Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales Manager/Director to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to overall sales strategy. Coordinate order fulfillment with production and warehouse management teams. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads. Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Exercise independent judgment to solve problems and know when and whom to escalated issues. Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Provide highly customer‑service focused support. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with sales. Track record of achieving quotas. Strong phone presence and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Proficient knowledge of inventory and controls. Strong people skills.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate the production facility. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
