Outside Sales Representative (Construction Sales) at BrandSafway. This role focuses on prospecting bid opportunities, building relationships with contractors, manufacturers, architects, and government agencies, and leading the bid process to win work. Responsibilities

Take charge of prospecting for bid opportunities in the sales territory. Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturing facilities, architects, and government agencies that produce opportunities to bid for and win work. Use Salesforce to identify opportunities to bid for upcoming work; document ongoing bid efforts in Salesforce; review and qualify leads from Construct Connect and tag them appropriately. Communicate to customers how BrandSafway products meet specified needs and foresee future needs. Visit job sites to gather information for price quotes. With sales managers and construction managers, assemble equipment and material lists, estimate man hours, identify requirements, and determine freight for delivery/return; assemble information in SafQuote to create price quotes for submittal. Work with the branch contracts manager to move new contracts through the contracting process. Collaborate with project controls to ensure rapid and accurate billing and promptly capture change orders for billing. Be on site as new jobs begin to provide clear direction to construction crews. Coordinate with prequalification teams to prequalify BrandSafway with new customers and get on bidder lists. Assess bid opportunities for upsell potential across BrandSafway access products (e.g., Quikdeck, HAKI, mast climbers, construction elevators, sidewalk protection, trash chutes, loading docks, shoring). Report activity weekly to regional and branch sales managers. Qualifications

Prior experience in scaffold and work access sales, particularly contracts involving labor. Prior experience cost estimating scaffold and work access projects. Prior experience with Salesforce in a construction configuration. Prior construction industry experience. An engineering, drafting, or construction estimating background. Intermediate or better capability with Microsoft Excel. Direct hands-on experience as a scaffold builder or foreman. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field preferred. About BrandSafway
