Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

to help take us to the next level! Summary

Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sell products and services, quote jobs and projects as requested, ensure deliveries are scheduled, process orders and special orders as needed, and support outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Market product offerings and events through telephone and digital communication. Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills. Assess customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions. Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills. Answer telephone for sales department. Quote prices and prepare sales orders. Company computer applications skills (Cloudsuite, Outlook, Word & Excel). Work with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and to investigate and resolve customer problems. Support the outside sales team and perform various administrative tasks such as price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries. Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Effective time management and detail oriented. Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
