Job Overview At Lavazza Group North America, the Sr. Regional Sales Manager – Northeast is responsible for executing regional strategies to deliver drinks and brewer growth objectives. This role focuses on relationship building, planning, motivating others and managing and measuring work within the Northeast Region on our Foodservice Team. Job Responsibilities Manages the distributors and all related activities in the designated geography (sales, equipment investment, service, etc.). Ensures distributor and customer A/R are within company guidelines and monitors performance against targets. Develops the business in line with targeted sales and profitability by scouting and activating new potential clients per Lavazza policies and activation standards (POS materials, products and assortment, prices and equipment). Supports farming activities on key clients to increase value (e.g., driving contract compliance and facilitating renewals). Tracks activation budgets by account to ensure maximum visibility and effectiveness at the POS. Reviews results regularly with the Director to confirm execution and delivered results. Coaches direct reports and manages performance to ensure key deliverables are on track. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing Management preferred. 5-7+ years of experience in Foodservice sales and distributor management. Experience in the coffee industry is preferred. Experience leading a sales team preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with business partners. Travel up to 80% of time in local territory; occasional overnight travel.
