The primary function of the Field Sales Manager (FSM) is to demonstrate the value of the ServiceTitan platform to qualify prospects for product demonstrations and, when appropriate, perform full cycle sales. Creativity in prospecting and engaging potential customers is essential. Training will include product feature demonstrations in person. You will receive extensive coaching, mentoring, and support to grow your sales career, including direct mentorship from your Field Sales Account Executive. We offer uncapped commissions to reward commitment to growth. Responsibilities
Build a pipeline by qualifying leads in your territory Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log Develop creative engagement strategies with prospects Partner with an Account Executive to book demos and close deals Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close Learn and demonstrate the ServiceTitan platform and value propositions Conduct product demonstrations onsite and via Zoom Live within or relocate to the assigned territory Assist with onboarding new team members Collaborate on cross-functional projects Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills for high-volume outside sales Strong desire to improve and learn Experience in B2B SaaS sales, with successful quota attainment Proven time management skills At least 2 years in outbound sales or 1 year in Field Sales Ability to handle objections and articulate product value Team-oriented with mentoring experience Adaptability and innovative thinking Self-awareness and remote work management skills Reliable transportation Our Culture & Benefits
