Engage with homeowners to spark conversations about their air conditioning and heating needs, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or system replacement. Proactively approach and engage with potential customers to identify HVAC needs Clearly explain the benefits of our services and programs Set qualified appointments for diagnostics, service, or replacement estimates Represent Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain a strong desire for personal and income growth Meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion goals Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old Outgoing personality and willingness to initiate conversations Able to stand for extended periods of time Reliable transportation to travel to designated locations Able to pass a drug screening and background check Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented This position offers hourly pay PLUS commission—so your earnings reflect your effort and success.
