Ford Sales Manager
to join our fast-growing team. If you have at least 5 years of management experience with a manufacturer, possess exceptional time management skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed retail sales goals. Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction. Foster team member development and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Manage daily operations with a focus on optimizing sales performance and business efficiency. Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, driving growth and success. What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years of automotive retail management experience. A proven track record with a manufacturer, specifically within the Ford brand. A natural-born leader with a drive for excellence and team success. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships. A commitment to promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.
