Bilingual Sales Manager - Spanish/English
Base pay range $26.00/hr - $35.00/hr This position is for the CCTV and security technology industry and requires a motivated leader who can communicate effectively in both languages, cultivate long-term partnerships, manage a sales team, and execute strategic initiatives that increase sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Develop new customer relationships while maintaining strong, trusted partnerships with existing accounts—especially within Spanish-speaking markets. Assess customer needs, present tailored product solutions, and ensure consistent follow-up to strengthen client engagement. Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Technical Support, Call Center, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the company’s sales team, including Senior Sales Associates, Sales Engineers, Sales Associates, and Sales Assistants. Identify opportunities to expand product reach, improve sales performance, and recommend growth strategies to senior management. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that increase product penetration and brand recognition in key territories. Prospect new customers through sales calls, video meetings, email campaigns, and trade show participation. Build and maintain a strong professional network. Provide pre-sale and post-sale services including product presentations, quotations, order processing, and technical coordination. Deliver accurate product information, support customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth order execution. Stay informed of new product launches and updates; actively communicate these to customers to drive sales opportunities. Analyze sales data and trends to prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Maintain deep knowledge of all LTS products, technologies, and industry trends through ongoing training and research. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while upholding customer satisfaction and company standards. Lead by example and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Proven history of successful sales growth and account development. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; previous team management experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures and regions. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop sales strategies, identify obstacles, and adapt creatively to achieve objectives. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work effectively under pressure. Energetic, positive attitude, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and growth. Proven ability to plan, execute, and follow through on strategic goals and targets. Adequate product knowledge Strong presentation and interpersonal skill is a must Ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule and execute multiple tasks simultaneously Other requirements
Some domestic and international travel may be required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, or visit branch offices. Willingness to work additional hours when business needs arise. Open to training, mentoring, and developing new sales associates. Able to lift, move, or handle product samples and related office materials as needed. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT/Network, or related technical field; or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales or account management. 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in the CCTV, video surveillance, or security system industry is highly desired. Experience managing Spanish-speaking accounts or territories preferred. Track record of generating new business and maintaining high-value customer relationships. Experience selling to distributors, resellers, or systems integrators is a plus.
