Service Sales Support Administrator role at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. Responsibilities

Manage the service renewal process for existing service customers, including sending service reminders, confirming service requirements, generating quotations, and ensuring receipt of customer purchase orders. Work closely with service customers by email and phone, and collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and service schedulers to meet customer requirements. Answer basic questions about service plans. Prepare and review monthly reports with internal stakeholders. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual service renewal targets. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Customer-focused, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with both customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft applications. Technical or Customer Service experience preferred. Our Offer to You
