Fluid Gauge is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in South San Francisco. This role is focused on more than just processing orders, it’s about driving demand and creating opportunities with every customer interaction. You’ll be on the front line of our business, helping customers find solutions, uncovering additional needs, and positioning Fluid Gauge as their go-to partner for fluid process and flow control products. By combining product knowledge, problem-solving, and relationship-building, you’ll play a key role in growing both our customers’ success and ours. Responsibilities Sell company products and services to customers who call into the branch by gathering information about their needs, assisting with technical information about company products, soliciting orders and suggesting additional products in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Clarify customer’s understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features; answering questions; offering relevant information. Maintain quality service by adhering to Harrington policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements 2-3 years experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution in the pipe, valve and fitting industry preferred 2-3 years of sales experience Fluid Gauge, a Harrington company provides an outstanding benefits package, designed to support our employees’ health, financial wellness, and work-life balance, with options that go above and beyond standard offerings!
