Harrington Process Solutions is expanding — and we’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Distribution Center in Pittston, Pennsylvania! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting our expanding operations. The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting high‑visibility projects, and ensuring smooth warehouse and supply chain operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a hands‑on approach to warehouse activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate inventory records, including customer‑owned materials stored by Harrington.
Lead management of inventory movement between physical and virtual system warehouses to support critical, high‑visibility projects.
Regularly interface with DC team, sales teams, buyers, and supply chain leaders.
Participate in receiving and shipping transactions to support project needs.
Implement cycle counts according to the DC manager’s schedule.
Process the open transfer report weekly.
Process the open order report for the DC bi‑monthly.
Perform daily inventory report processing.
Assist with warehouse operational functions as needed, including pick, pack, putaway, shipping, and receiving.
What You’ll Bring
Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office applications.
Valid driver’s license.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 75 pounds.
