Business Development Executive | Metric Geo | Machine Vision & Metrology We are supporting the North American subsidiary of a leading European manufacturer in the Sensor & Machine Vision market, delivering advanced solutions to the Factory Automation sector across North America. To accelerate ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales throughout the Eastern U.S. This role reports directly to the President and will lead a direct sales team poised to double in both headcount and revenue over the coming years. Key responsibilities Drive profitable sales growth across the Eastern region Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and grow existing accounts Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Set objectives, monitor performance, and deliver on revenue targets Manage and grow selected key accounts within the territory What they’re looking for Bachelor’s degree required (engineering/technical degree preferred) 5+ years of outside technical sales experience (sensor products strongly preferred) 5+ years of sales management experience Strong background in
