Job Summary : As a Sales Support Coordinator with Leviat, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your talents and passion in a constantly evolving construction industry. We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join the Leviat Project Engineering team as a Sales Support Coordinator within our engineering team. Job Location : This role will be based out of our office in Riverview, FL and will require minimal travel. Job Responsibilities : The main responsibility will be to execute requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. Coordinate with other departments in handling projects and providing service to customers for the entire Thermomass portfolio. Project management : Work with production scheduling to prioritize and track projects, facilitate the progress and timeliness of projects, communicate with customers to obtain information regarding status of drawings, engineering, and expected completion dates for upcoming projects. Provide necessary project information, guidance, and drawings from customer for engineering and drafting’s use. Provide quotes to customers per job specifications using price list. Coordinate with outside vendors for delivery of materials and execution of outsourced projects. Responsibilities : Responsible for project tracking and forecasting, track project thru daily engineering schedule, collaborate and provide forecasts to the production team, sales team, engineering team, and other internal stakeholders. Handle customer inquiries: Answer customer’s inquiries and questions either technical or non-technical, send out material spec sheets when requested. Support the execution of quotes and estimates for engineering services and preliminary bill of materials. Create and send engineering and drafting submittals to the customers. Job Requirements : 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or sales in fast-paced industry, ability to read and interpret construction documents, ability to use a variety of computer programs. Technical knowledge related to the construction industry. Self-starter motivated and able to take initiative. Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills, must be able to work closely with others.
