For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our existing customer base through relationship building with contractors and construction principals. Educate clients on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and keep clients informed about new solutions and services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred; training available for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well in a team environment. Ability to manage strategic and national accounts. Why We’re a Better Place to Work
