Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend innovative overall pest solutions. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, supported by a robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes—including attics, crawlspaces, and other areas—to identify issues. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, explaining processes and setting expectations. Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. No experience required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients. Physical ability to safely use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., access crawl spaces, and work in various weather conditions while wearing PPE. Benefits
