Overview As a Pressure Injury Prevention Customer Success Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption, optimization, and expansion of the LEAF technology platform. You’ll lead initial customer training, plan and execute Go-Live events—including change management—and provide continuing education through initiatives like Turn Academy and monthly data reviews. You’ll serve as the front-line clinical support for high-value LEAF customers, onboarding accounts within assigned IDNs and collaborating with LEAF Sales Specialists (LSS), Clinical Resource Specialists (CRS), and Advanced Wound Care teams. You’ll train clinical staff on product features, best practices, and workflow integration, troubleshoot issues, and provide remote or on-site assistance to ensure a seamless user experience. You’ll develop partnerships with clinical teams, skin and pressure injury prevention teams, and quality departments, and leverage LEAF reports to deliver actionable insights and support quarterly business reviews. You’ll identify opportunities to integrate LEAF with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities

Lead initial customer training and Go-Live events for LEAF accounts.

Provide ongoing clinical education, support, and troubleshooting for high-value customers.

Onboard new accounts within assigned IDNs, coordinating with LSS, CRS, and Advanced Wound Care teams.

Train clinical staff on product features, workflow integration, and best practices.

Utilize LEAF reports to deliver actionable insights and support quarterly business reviews with ROI-focused data.

Identify opportunities to integrate LEAF with EHRs and other healthcare technologies.

Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and assist in strategic account planning.

Qualifications

Clinical background; Registered Nurse preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least 3 years of clinical experience; prior exposure to clinical technology platforms desirable.

Strong data analytics skills; ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills with diverse clinical teams.

Ability to travel up to 50% across multiple regions.

Self-starter, collaborative, and passionate about innovation, patient care, and improving clinical outcomes.
