Inside Sales – Crane Parts
position to our Parts & CustomerCare team. The CustomerCare team is responsible for providing parts & service for domestic and international customers and distributors. Working in Inside Sales - Crane Parts, you will… Assist customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their Marine Travelift and Shuttlelift brand equipment. Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone Fulfill customer requests for parts and service quotes & coordinate delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Develop inside parts sales and follow up on quotations previously submitted Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned Requirements
We are looking for you to have… An associate’s degree in business (or related field) or equivalent work experience required Previous machinery sales experience is a plus Technical knowledge about machinery is a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word Detail oriented with good organizational skills Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to multitask Benefits
