About The Role You’re curious, motivated, and energized by connecting with people. You thrive on uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and creating momentum that leads to growth. As a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales), you’ll be on the front lines of Qwikkit’s growth, generating and qualifying leads, introducing new customers to our cabinet refacing solutions, and supporting our sales pipeline with precision and persistence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Research and identify new prospects across the multifamily and single‑family renovation markets.
Execute high‑quality outbound calls, emails, and video outreach to generate new business meetings for the Inside Sales team.
Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Share feedback from customer conversations to help improve messaging and process alignment.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident communicator who builds rapport easily over the phone or video.
You take initiative, thrive on measurable results, and value accuracy and follow‑through.
You’re comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage your outreach and stay organized.
You bring energy, curiosity, and professionalism to every interaction.
You’re motivated to learn, grow, and help others succeed.
Bonus Points For
1–2 years of sales or lead qualification experience.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or the renovation industry.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales tools.
