Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative – Single Family Solutions at Qwikkit, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships through proactive account support and business development initiatives. Your role will focus on calling single-family franchisees and contractors affiliated with single-family renovation associations. Your role is to develop new relationships, educate partners on Qwikkit’s products, and expand our presence in the single-family renovation market.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Portfolio Support and Sales Growth: Fully support assigned customer accounts, taking responsibility for their satisfaction and sales performance.
Execute targeted prospect calls to uncover new sales potential and enhance engagement with existing clients.
Lead virtual product demos and training sessions to elevate brand awareness and product understanding.
Provide outstanding customer service and post-sale support, facilitating long-term relationships.
Monitor customer forecasts and performance to plan.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
Number of franchisees/contractors activated.
Month-over-month revenue growth.
Outbound call plan execution (% to goal).
Opportunities created and converted within the single-family market.
Timely maintenance of Salesforce account details and related records.
Product Knowledge and Selling Expertise
Understand and execute all selling activities, including CRM activity entry, prospecting activities, forecast management, and required reporting.
Following onboarding technical certification, become recognized internally and externally as a subject matter expert in cabinet refacing.
Qwikkit Teamwork
Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure alignment with our Go-to-Market strategy.
Gather customer feedback and share it with other stakeholders in the organization.
Assist with mentoring new team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to the team’s development and success.
Required Qualifications
Ability to prospect and support existing accounts in a virtual environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM and web-based applications (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc).
Personal Attributes
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize activities.
Comfortable on the phone and leading virtual meetings on video.
High level of integrity and pride in work and results.
Relationship-focused seller who understands teamwork and collective sales success.
Value-focused individual who can articulate the “why” behind both selling and achieving great results.
Qualifications Desired but Not Required
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
Previous experience in a manufacturing sales environment, OEM, or other production sales organization.
Salesforce CRM experience.
