Direct Sales Representative position for Astound Broadband powered by Wave in the Oregon greater area, including Lincoln City/Pacific City and Sheridan/Otis market territory. Opportunity to earn up to $85,000+ with uncapped commissions. Base salary $32,000 plus commission. You will represent a superior internet package, receive one-on-one training and coaching, and work in a supportive environment with a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within the assigned territory Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within the territory Prepare sales information for customers Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events Remain knowledgeable on changes and developments within the product/service line Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Work outdoors in the field (approximately 90% of duties) Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills Maintain a positive, creative, and persuasive personality Be a motivated self-starter and comfortable working autonomously Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Meet sales quotas Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Proficiency with Microsoft products Perform other duties as assigned Education and Certifications

Base salary: $32,000, with opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and incentives where applicable Commission opportunities; expected total compensation includes uncapped commissions with potential upside for overachieving targets Benefits package for regular full-time positions including 401k with employer match, medical/dental/vision/life/STD, paid time off (starting at 80 hours per year, increases with tenure), floating holidays (40 hours per year), paid holidays (7 days), paid sick leave (varies by state/local laws), tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts *Note:
