Responsibilities
Prospect residential homes to generate sales leads.
Negotiate service price points to benefit customers and company profit base.
Close deals with clients within measurable time periods.
Achieve monthly sales quotas with a drive to increase potential.
Collaborate with the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge.
Deliver individualized service and support to satisfy customer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years Sales experience in home services preferred but not required.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.
Must obtain appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
Must bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces.
Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment.
