We offer competitive wages in a stress‑free work environment with full‑time employment and uncapped sales commissions. This residential sales representative role allows you to prospect from home with no prior pest control experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
We offer:
Competitive base salary starting at
$40,000
with uncapped commissions – earn over
$80,000
annually in salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities
Prospect residential leads through observable prospecting and generate sales opportunities.
Negotiate price points on services that benefit both the customer and company profit.
Close deals with clients within measurable timeframes.
Achieve monthly sales quotas with the drive to increase potential.
Collaborate as a member of the OPC team, sharing resources and knowledge across the company.
Provide individualized service and support to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred, but not required, 2 years of sales experience in home services.
Must pass pre‑employment drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle background checks.
Working Environment
Must obtain a valid pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead, and inspect small spaces.
Must work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license for the duration of employment.
