As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products. You will deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment and has demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
