Join Bath & Body Works as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday season. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find products and delivering exceptional, consistent experiences that support sales growth while contributing to a high-energy environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physical activities required for store operations, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and safety-conscious tasks. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experiences by adhering to all safety standards and store expectations. Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
