This dynamic hybrid role puts you at the front lines of our business, blending your driving expertise with your passion for customer service. Build Relationships: Be the first point of contact for customers, in person or by phone. Use your knowledge to understand their needs and guide them to the right products. Drive Growth: Engage in inside sales—assess customer needs, provide quotes, and use problem-solving skills to find the best solution. Ensure a Smooth Operation: Help keep the store running smoothly by organizing merchandise and processing sales in the system, ensuring a positive customer experience. Be a Reliable Backup: Use your Class B CDL to deliver essential gases and welding products when regular drivers are unavailable, contributing to the delivery network. What We're Looking For

A Class A or B CDL with a hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain one after hire). A minimum of one year of professional DOT/CDL driving experience. Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude. The ability to lift and move objects up to 60 lbs. Familiarity with sales platforms or the ability to quickly learn systems like SAP. Pay starts at $26 an hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays on call. Must be 21 years of age. Benefits
