Your Job Phillips Medisize is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support our team. The role can be based in our New Richmond or Menomonie, WI facility. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key pharmaceutical customers. The strategic account manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer relationship management process, ensuring continuous improvement through sustaining engineering efforts.

What You Will Do

Function as the point of contact for key pharmaceutical customers, lead the commercial relationship, and build long-term partnerships through active customer engagement

Collaborate with global account leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with business goals and drive customer satisfaction and delivery performance

Oversee commercial pricing strategies, ensure compliance with contracts and agreements, and engage in negotiations and renewals

Conduct regular business account reviews with customers to assess performance, align on goals, and identify strategies, technologies, and opportunities for growth and improvement

Facilitate lifecycle management efforts of customer-owned equipment by guiding budget preparation, supporting cost analysis, and overseeing overall profitability during commercial production

You will drive revenue growth by leveraging capabilities, supporting proposals, and managing agreements with global account leaders to meet customer and business goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent account management experience.

2 plus years of account management experience

What Will Put You Ahead

Knowledge of product development, contract manufacturing and associated processes

Experience navigating customer relationships and proven ability to handle difficult conversations

Experience working cross functionally in an organization to support customer needs delivering value-driven and successful outcomes

Demonstrate strong organizational skills in time management, prioritization, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Track record in development, implementation, and achievement of customer account plans

Capability to manage commercial contract and pricing negotiations

Strong business acumen with the ability to make decisions that drive financial and operational performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
