As we expand our footprint throughout the Southeastern US, we are seeking a talented and driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Panama City Beach, Florida. Why Panama City Beach? This senior sales role has high visibility within our company and the community. You will work with HOAs, condo associations, and other residential communities to help them switch away from their legacy internet service provider. You will make the best fiberoptic-based technology available to them at pricing comparable to what they pay for service with the national companies. The product and pricing is second to none. Your job is to navigate the often-complicated world of condo board meetings, absentee owners, and overwhelmed property managers to help them get what they want – better service at a fair price. We are looking for someone already familiar with the area and the key players as our commitment to being a local provider extends to how we build the team. Key Responsibilities

Be a trusted advisor to multifamily properties within your assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with condominium boards, property managers, and HOA stakeholders. Negotiate and secure bulk service agreements for internet, video, and phone. Manage your sales funnel and territory with accountability for meeting or exceeding goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to deliver seamless service. Identify and attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the SecureVision brand. Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales to MDUs, HOAs, condominiums or 7+ years managing condominium or multifamily properties (telecom experience not necessary). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. What We Offer
