Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Team in Naples, FL. This opportunity offers financial and relocation support for candidates outside Florida who are interested in taking the Florida Bar and relocating to the area.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financings of commercial properties.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other real estate-related legal documents.
Advise clients on matters involving condominiums and homeowners' associations (HOAs).
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of significant experience in real estate law.
Proven ability to lead complex transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience handling condominium and HOA-related matters.
Florida Bar admission required; candidates not currently licensed in Florida must be willing to obtain admission.
Excellent academic credentials and an entrepreneurial mindset.
A portable book of business is welcome but not required.
The firm offers relocation assistance and will cover expenses related to Florida Bar admission for qualified candidates.
Pay Starts at $160,000 for associates with 1-3 years of experience. For Counsel or Counsel-level candidates, pay typically starts at a base salary of $225-250K plus bonus opportunities.
