Outside Sales Representative

at our

location in Houston, TX , you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and strengthening relationships with contractors, municipalities, and engineers. You’ll be the

face of Winston-Cox Waterworx in the field , identifying opportunities, solving customer challenges, and ensuring they have the right waterworks and utility products when and where they need them. Develop and

manage relationships

with contractors, municipalities, engineers, and other key industry players. Identify

new business opportunities

and create strategies to drive growth. Provide

consultative sales solutions , helping customers select the right products for their projects. Serve as a

trusted advisor , educating customers on industry trends, product innovations, and supply chain solutions. Collaborate with the

inside sales and operations teams

to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Regularly visit job sites and customer offices to build rapport and assess project needs. Maintain an in-depth understanding of

inventory, pricing, and availability

to provide real-time solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets

outside sales, account management, or business development

in an industrial, construction, or distribution setting. Proven ability to

drive sales, build relationships, and close deals. Strong knowledge of

waterworks, site utilities, or construction supply (preferred but not required). Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred: Experience using

CRM tools

to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline. A strong existing network in the
