As the Regional Account Executive for the San Antonio, Austin and New Mexico territories, you will aggressively hunt for new opportunities within a wide variety of commercial and industrial verticals. This is a true “hunter” sale position. Your day-to-day objectives will include cold-calling, site visits, product presentations (in-person & virtual) and cultivating relationships with internal and external customers. This is a base salary plus commission position. Expected first year income, $180K-$200K with a potential to earn more. The base salary ranges between $80K-$90K depending on confirmed skills and experience. Commissions are uncapped. In the last five years, 80% of our sellers have reached their quota. Responsibilities
Hunt for new opportunities across multiple commercial and industrial verticals within the assigned territories. Perform cold-calls, site visits, and product presentations (in-person & virtual). Cultivate relationships with internal and external customers. Manage a healthy prospect pipeline and contribute to CRM with qualified leads. Maintain a high activity level with prospecting and in-person calls to drive sales. Qualifications
Excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to maintain a healthy prospect pool and generate own leads; experience with CRM (Salesforce a plus). Process-oriented and coachable; able to succeed in a fully remote environment. Strong closing and communication skills; self-starter with a strong work ethic. Willingness to make numerous prospecting and in-person calls per day. Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year income: $180K-$200K with potential to earn more. Benefits
