Focus on executing direct-to-farm crop protection and fertilizer product sales across the MFA trade territory. Identify sales opportunities, and deliver product knowledge and logistical support to growers. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy. Drive sales of crop protection products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, adjuvants, biologicals, and nutritional products). Facilitate direct sales of plant foods. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through data, marketing trends, and territory analysis. Track sales activity, inventory needs, and customer orders using internal systems. Provide accurate product recommendations based on agronomic fit, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate product delivery and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product labels, regulations, and competitive offerings. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales pushes. Communicate with team members within and outside the farm direct channel to maintain channel alignment. Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Pesticide Dealer License or willingness to obtain. 2+ years of experience in ag chemical sales, agronomy, or ag retail operations. Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or pesticide applicator license preferred. Apply
