Responsibilities

Update client information in the CRM to ensure all real estate team members have current data

Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to support team goals and conversion rates

Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent

Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to help them buy or list with us

Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients

Team and individual sales activities

Lead follow-up and lead generation

Qualifications

One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry

Must possess a real estate license

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

High school diploma; 4-year degree preferred

Compensation $130,000 at plan
