We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and income. Responsibilities
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts Flexible schedule – be your own boss Sales training and mentorship provided Activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals paid monthly Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference W2 Status, Health benefits and 401K You Are
A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Compensation
Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position includes health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: remote in eligible locations, and able to be in the field of your team region Additional Information
