Pinwheel Pinwheel is building the next generation of financial products alongside leading brands such as Robinhood, DoorDash, Chime, Cash App, Credit Karma, American Express, Discover, Intuit, Acorns, Visa and more.

We are seeking a high-performing enterprise sales leader with a strong product focus to drive revenue growth.

Who are we looking for? A scrappy, high-performing dealmaker with deep product knowledge; 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in fintech or banking with proven quota attainment.

Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and maintain a 25%+ win rate.

Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities valued at 3x your quota.

Expand Pinwheel's market reach by targeting fintech disruptors and established institutions.

Identify and unlock cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and key decision makers.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Legal to keep deals moving forward.

Master Pinwheel's sales methodology and tech stack during the first 90 days.

Keep CRM records precise and up‑to‑date.

Drive efficient sales cycles with an average of 4 months.

Stay sharp on industry trends and share insights with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in fintech or banking with proven quota attainment.

Experience closing $200K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, InfoSec and marketing.

Demonstrated lead cross‑functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviews.

Strong customer centricity and product thinking.

Proven experience driving sales from zero to first transaction.

Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms and structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.) and new AI tools.

Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week at our NYC HQ.
