Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture. Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to a positive store environment by embodying the company culture and providing constructive feedback to teammates when appropriate. Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and ensure a consistent superior client experience. Teamwork and Communication
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication; adjust communication to the audience. Exercise active listening; collaborate effectively with others; remain calm and deescalate situations when needed. Be open to feedback from supervisors and peers and apply new ideas quickly. Compliance
Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy; complete all tasks and meet deadlines. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Understand the TUMI brand and demonstrate passion for the luxury lifestyle, clients, and product assortment. Value collaboration and openness to feedback; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed. Strong sales experience and client service, preferably in the luxury market; proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs. Retail team duties include standing, moving around the store, lifting up to 30 pounds, and using a ladder. Demonstrate integrity and lead by example. Benefits
