This role is a full-time Outside Sales Representative with door-to-door prospecting in the telecommunications sector. You will engage potential customers, present products and services, and work toward sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video offerings. The base pay range is $33,120.00/yr - $54,960.00/yr, with additional incentive-based compensation possible. Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation

$33,120.00 and $54,960.00 . The actual compensation offered will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$65,000 . Major Duties And Responsibilities
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Tenacious and driven, excels in environments with uncapped potential based on effort. Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads. Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers. Develop and present sales presentations/proposals that meet customers’ needs. Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in accordance with quality control guidelines, including dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales. Support team and team goals by actively participating in sales meetings and training programs. Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales. Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold per department policies and procedures. Remain well-informed about competitors’ activities in the assigned territory and inform management of pricing or marketing changes. Attend and successfully complete training programs. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor. Required Qualifications
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Engaging interpersonal skills. Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services. A passion to succeed and a strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers. Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle (including during inclement weather). Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications, and with consumer and commercial communication devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, set-top converters, and wireless devices). Must be able to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate. Valid driver’s license, car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Education
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications
Success in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with emphasis on data networking fundamentals and ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed. Working Conditions
