Location: Raleigh, NC Base Pay Range: $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr About the Role
Humana is looking for a Medicare Field Sales Agent to serve the local community. This field-based role requires the candidate to live in the designated territory and focus on building trust with prospective members. Responsibilities
Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings. Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits. Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market. Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License required. Must reside in the designated local territory. Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes and at community-based events. Proven experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events. Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits. Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License. Prior experience selling Medicare products. Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages. Benefits
