Medicare Sales Field Agent - Madison, WI Humana is looking for a Medicare Sales Field Agent to deliver Medicare Advantage plans and related products to members in Madison, WI. The role is field-based and requires daily home visits.

Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do in This FIELD Based Role

Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Differentiate: Create meaningful face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits to provide a personalized experience.

Grow: Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence by becoming a valued community resource.

You’ll engage with customers in the field through a mix of in‑person, virtual, and phone interactions, with face‑to‑face visits in prospective members’ homes being a key part of this role.

Required Qualifications

Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one.

Must reside in the designated local territory and have a valid state driver’s license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.

Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in prospective members’ homes and community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.

Prior experience selling Medicare products.

Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule Meeting with members requires appointments and/or event times that may vary on nights and weekends. Flexibility is essential.

Training The first five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory.
