Sales Manager

to drive growth across North America. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market share, nurturing key accounts, and introducing cutting-edge gear pump solutions to new customers. About the Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for a specialized product line used in OEM and industrial applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to a senior leader based in Europe. Vancouver, WA is the preferred location, with remote candidates welcome and occasional travel to headquarters. What You’ll Do

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Cultivate long-term relationships with industrial clients and distribution partners. Lead negotiations and close deals with favorable terms. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Represent the brand at industry exhibitions and client presentations. Travel 30–35% (virtual and in-person), with company credit card provided. What We’re Looking For

7+ years of sales experience in industrial or technical markets. Strong understanding of fluid control or pump technologies. Proven success in both farming existing accounts and new business development. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with ERP and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
