results, caring and learning . What will you be doing?
Drive net sales and profitability by monitoring sales trends, receipts, inventory, and markdowns for accuracy, and addressing discrepancies on a weekly basis. Visit prospects in stores and at trade shows, and actively develop rapport. Utilize knowledge of the territory and major, viable accounts within the territory. Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand and retailer gross margins. Monitor all account budgets. Anticipate the needs of accounts and react quickly. Provide weekly reports: ongoing planning and analysis of business strategies. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Partner with retailer regional teams (multi-store accounts) to improve product placement and brand. Convey ideas to internal and external management as they relate to all aspects of the business. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales experience, preferably with department stores and/or independent/specialty stores.
