The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to new and existing clients, while also providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of our product line and the ability to effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Qualifications

Customer Centric with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to both internal and external customers. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain strong personal work levels. Strong knowledge of sales principles and strategies, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. High level organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel occasionally. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Responsibilities

Reply to inbound customer calls and emails to provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers and following up on inquiries in a timely manner. Provide support for internal and external customers via appropriate communication means in a timely fashion. Establish and maintain relationships within assigned customer base. Learn and evaluate customer operations to aid in identifying the customer’s needs and requirements. Engage with customers regarding quotations, product availability, order expediting and other needs. Provide product application suggestions utilizing personal knowledge, internal product line managers, and manufacturer’s resources. Be a champion for our manufacturer’s web portals and aid navigation of distributor partners within each to provide accurate/timely information to end customers. Participate in all manufacturer’s training events and promote to distributor partners. Build relationships with distributor partners to offer better solutions to our customer. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Work, communicate, dress, and maintain a professional presence. Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned or required. Benefits
